My record for beab test and wallk site
For the post 2 weeks the tuakana have been working on our taha tinana. I have completed 2 fitness tasks.The beep test and wall sit. I achieved a level L -6.2 during my first attempt and a level L-6.7 on my second. My goal for this week is to get a level 8 For the wall sit my record is 19 minutes and 10 sec
